Barbara Carter was born December 7, 1931 in Suffern, New York. She passed away January 23, 2018 in High Point, North Carolina. She is survived by many loving relatives including four daughters, Theadora, Stephanie, Cheryle and Sandra. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
