Ballard Wade Arant was born in Lubbock, Texas to Arvel and Bernice Arant on September 25th, 1937. He passed away in Roseville, California on September 21st, 2016. A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 29th from 4-8 PM, and funeral services will begin at 10 AM on Friday, September 30th at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes.
