BURNEY, AUNTINE entered into rest July 1, 2012 in Fair Oaks, California at the age of 86. Born October 25, 1925 a native of Franklinton, Louisiana. Long time resident of Sacramento, California (Del Paso Heights Community); Community Activist Redevelopment Area Committee of D.P.H.; Citizens for a Drug-free Community; Good Neighbors Child Development Center; Del Paso & Grant District Advisory Boards; Member of Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church. She is survived by her daughters Joyce P. Burney-Askia, and Deborah A. Burney. She is preceded in death by Robert Lee Burney Jr. (Husband); 2 sons (Roscoe Riley Jr. & Robert Earl Burney III; 3 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Tuesday July 10, 2012 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento California. Services will be held Wednesday July 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church, 1239 Grand Avenue, Sacramento, California.
