Arnell Saulny's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Arnell Saulny
Arnell Saulny, Blessed and Mighty woman of God, was born July 20, 1945, and went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2018. She was the third child of six children from her father, Andrew Jones and Mother, Arnell Jones Sr. She was born in San Francisco, California and raised in the bay area. She attended high school and college in San Jose, California, and completed her nursing education at Stanford Medical Hospital in Palo Alto, California.
Arnell worked for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for over thirty years as a registered nurse, and retired in 1998. She was loved by many, for she was nurturing, spontaneous, courageous, and funny. Truly a “One of a Kind” personality that was loved, respected and honored. She will surely be missed.
Arnell loved her family, and her church family. She always had a big smile to greet others, regardless of the circumstances and challenges she faced daily. She had a very keen spirit of discernment, a great sense of humor, and was ready and willing to help everyone, without hesitation.
Arnell leaves to cherish and celebrate her memory: her son, Damion Coleman, adopted daughter, Camille Ros granddaughters Alexa Coleman (Walter II), Xia Coleman, Mozette Coleman, Deajaney Coleman, two great-grandsons, Walter Ross III, and Romeo Ross. Her eldest sister, Darlene Dumas, preceded her. She is survived by sisters Aundrea Jones, Gilda Sita Neeley, Connie Jones (Michael), and her loving brother Bob Jones (LuWanda), along with a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
The dedication, devotion and love she gave to her family, extended family, friends, and community was a true example of God’s Unconditional Love.
