Anthony Michael Martinez entered into rest November 21, 2014 in Woodland, California at the age of 50. Born May 26, 1964 a native of Sacramento, California. He is survived by his girlfriend of 14 years, Debbie Baker, his parents Carlos L. Martinez and Madeline C. Martinez, his sister Janel R. Ford-Martinez (Paul Ford). He is also survived by his nephew Travis J. Ford, grandparents Andy and Pauline Pacheco and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. He was a devoted San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan. Anthony worked for the State of California Dept. of Health Services. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and boyfriend.
