GARNER, ALBERT RAY, passed away November 4, 2023, in Sacramento, CA at the age of 82. He was born February 22, 1941 Oklahoma. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Karen, Terry, and Laura. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Anita, Terri Ann, Alicia, Alan, Wendy, Brian Jr, Nick, Tiffany, Jennifer, Heather, Jason, 25 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 3-6pm. Services will be Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 10 am at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95838.
