Aja Little's Obituary
Aja Janae Julie-Marie Little was born on September 6, 1991 to Ramona (Mona) and Darryl Little Sr.
Aja was the youngest of her siblings, Darryl Little II and Amber Childs.
Aja attended and graduated from Fairfield High School in Fairfield, California and went on to attend West Hills College in Coalinga where she received (2) Associate Degrees. One (1) in Psychology and one (1) in General Education. Aja loved school and learning new things. Aja was baptized in Jesus Name and filled with the Holyghost at a young age at Emmanuel Temple Apostolic Church in Vallejo, CA.
So I'm sure you're wondering how Aja received three (3) middle names? Mom and dad decided on the name Asia and somebody got into their ear and said "Let's be different, let's spell it Aja" and they agreed. Dad wanted her middle name to be Julia Marie after his late Maternal Grandmother and of course somebody got in moms ear and was like, Janae would go good with the name Aja, so you'll have Amber Monae and Aja Janae. But dad was adamant about giving his baby, his grandmothers name and said No! "I want her middle name to be Julia-Marie". Mom thought she was slick and slipped Janae in as her middle name anyway and when they did her Birth Certificate they put Aja Janae Julie-Marie Little instead of Julia Marie. And that's how Aja received her three (3) middle names, Janae Julie-Marie. But it was okay and Aja loved having three middle names and even got a tattoo with her initials; A.J.J.M.L.
Aja had the biggest smile and was everybody's baby. Aja loves all genres of music, watching movies, playing board games and all sports. As a child, Aja's favorite thing to do was to play with her cousins. They always made her feel special being the youngest girl, and they all were very protective of her. When you find yourself feeling sad that Aja is no longer with us, think of her smile and it will definitely make you smile.
Aja leaves to cherish her memory; her parents, Darryl and Ramona (Mona) Little, her brother Darryl Little II and her sister Amber Childs. Four nieces, Daryia Little, Amyla Little, Kahlee Little and Alayna Childs, three nephews, Joshua Childs, Ahzil Dunson and Kamori Little. Two grandmothers, Mary Little of S. California and Doris Royal of N. California and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
